Fast. Convenient. Professional.
Nurse-Led Health Screening — Brought Directly to Your Workplace
Most people don’t know their blood pressure, cholesterol, or cardiovascular risk — not
because they don’t care, but because getting checked means taking time off work and
finding a GP appointment.
ABW removes that barrier entirely. Anthony Bostock, Registered Nurse, brings structured
health screening directly to your workplace or pop-up location — in 10 to 20 minutes, during
the working day, with no disruption and no waiting rooms.
Workplace and pop-up health screening across Dorset and Hampshire.
- Delivered on site in 10–20 minutes
- No GP referral or time off required
- Immediate results and personalised feedback
Why Early Screening at Work Makes the Difference
Most serious health risks — high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, cardiovascular disease — develop without symptoms.
By the time someone feels unwell, the risk has often been building for years. Workplace screening changes that. When employees can understand their numbers in the middle of their working day, without disruption or inconvenience, the barriers to health awareness disappear.
This isn’t a wellness day or a tick-box activity. It’s a short, structured clinical screening delivered by a Registered Nurse, designed to give people genuinely useful information about their health.
What Each Screening Includes
£30 — Workplace Health Awareness Screening
A quick entry-level screening designed to raise health awareness and identify whether
further assessment may be beneficial. Includes: blood pressure measurement, blood
glucose test, BMI, body composition (if available), and a personal health results review.
Approximately 10 minutes.
£60 — Cardiovascular Risk Screening (Most Popular)
Our recommended screening for identifying early cardiovascular risk. Includes: blood
pressure, total and HDL cholesterol, blood glucose, QRISK3 cardiovascular risk
assessment, and a personalised heart health report emailed after the session.
Approximately 10–15 minutes
£90 — Advanced Cardiovascular Screening
Everything in the £60 screening, plus ECG atrial fibrillation rhythm recording, an ECG PDF
report emailed to the individual, and referral guidance if required. Approximately 15–20
minutes
Who This Service Is For
Mobile and pop-up health screening is designed for organisations and event organisers who want to bring health awareness directly to people — without asking them to seek it out themselves.
We work with:
• Employers running workplace wellbeing programmes or health awareness events

Ferndown, Southampton, Fareham, and Bordon. Workplace visits can be arranged across the region.
How a Session Works
How long does a workplace screening session take to set up?
Very little. Anthony arrives with all equipment needed for the session. A quiet room or
designated space is all that’s required. Most organisations find the whole session, including
setup and wraparound, can be completed in a half-day or full day depending on team size.
Can employees choose their own screening level on the day?
Yes. Individuals can select their preferred screening package when booking, or on the day if
logistics allow. Many employees start with the £60 cardiovascular screening and upgrade to
the £90 ECG option on the day once they understand what’s included.
Are results shared with the employer?
No. All individual results are strictly confidential, shared only with the employee. Employers
receive no individual data. Where organisations request it, anonymised and aggregated
group insights can be provided separately
What happens if a result raises a concern?
Anthony provides immediate verbal feedback and, where results suggest further review is
warranted, will advise the individual clearly on next steps — whether that’s a GP visit, a
repeat measurement, or a more comprehensive Health MOT. Referral guidance is provided
as part of the service.
Can we answer your questions?
Whether you’re thinking about a one-off pop-up session or a regular programme for your
team, we’re happy to talk through logistics, locations, and what works for your organisation.

Hi, I’m Anthony
I started ABW because I’d spent years working in clinical environments watching people arrive with conditions that had been developing silently for a long time — conditions that structured screening could have identified years earlier.
Mobile and pop-up screening is the most direct expression of that mission. Bringing a clinical standard of health awareness directly into workplaces, communities, and events means people don’t need to seek screening out. It comes to them, fits around their day, and gives them something genuinely useful: a clear picture of where they stand and what to do about it.
Every session I deliver is conducted to the same clinical standard as my workplace Health MOTs. The format is shorter — the rigour isn’t

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in a pop-up health screening?
Depending on the package selected, a pop-up screening includes a combination of blood
pressure measurement, blood glucose testing, BMI and body composition, cholesterol
testing (total and HDL), a QRISK3 cardiovascular risk assessment, and — at the Advanced
level — ECG atrial fibrillation screening. All packages include an immediate verbal results
discussion with Anthony, and personalised reports are emailed where applicable.
How much does workplace health screening cost?
Pop-up and mobile health screening is available at three levels: £30 for an entry-level health
awareness check, £60 for cardiovascular risk screening including cholesterol testing and a
QRISK3 heart health report, and £90 for advanced cardiovascular screening including ECG.
Pricing is per individual. Group and workplace day rates are available on request — get in
touch to discuss your organisation’s requirements.
Where do you deliver mobile health screening?
BW delivers mobile and pop-up health screening across Dorset and Hampshire. Scheduled
clinic locations include Ferndown, Southampton (Ocean Village area), Fareham Innovation
Centre, and Bordon Innovation Centre. Workplace visits can be arranged across the wider
region — contact us to discuss your location.
Do you need a GP referral to attend a pop-up screening?
No. There is no referral required. Pop-up and mobile health screenings are available to any
employee or individual who books a session. These screenings provide health information
and cardiovascular risk insight — they are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace a GP
consultation, but they can give you a clear picture of your current health status and whether
further review might be beneficial.
Can the screening be delivered as part of a workplace wellbeing day?
Yes. Workplace wellbeing days are one of the most common formats for pop-up screening.
Anthony can be scheduled as part of a wider wellbeing programme, alongside other
providers or as a standalone clinical element. Sessions are structured to be low-disruption —
employees attend for 10 to 20 minutes and return to work immediately.
What’s the difference between a pop-up screening and a full Health MOT?
Pop-up screenings are focused on cardiovascular risk and immediate health awareness —
they’re fast, accessible, and designed to work within a working day. A full Workplace Health
MOT includes comprehensive laboratory blood analysis, a broader biomarker panel (up to
35 markers), and a detailed personal health report. Many employees start with a pop-up
screening and upgrade to a full Health MOT once they’ve seen the value of the initial check.
The pop-up pathway is designed to make that progression easy
