How quickly will I get a response after enquiring?

Initial conversations are no-obligation and are used to understand your organisation’s needs, the size of your team, and which service tier is the right fit.

Where in the UK does ABW deliver workplace health checks?

ABW is based in Southampton and regularly delivers on-site workplace health checks, Health MOTs and corporate wellbeing days across Hampshire, Dorset, the wider South Coast and London. Travel further afield is available for larger corporate engagements, executive screening and multi-site programmes — travel costs are scoped transparently as part of the proposal. For distributed or remote teams, hybrid delivery models can be arranged to ensure consistent screening across locations.

Is there a minimum team size for on-site health checks?

Pop-up health checks and Health MOTs are typically delivered for teams of 8 or more on a single day, which makes the per-employee cost most efficient. Smaller teams can still be accommodated — either by combining with another local organisation, a community pop-up session, or by adjusting the day rate. There is no upper limit; larger workforces are scheduled across multiple days or delivered through a phased corporate programme.

Do I need to know which service I want before getting in touch?

No. Many organisations get in touch with a general concern — rising absence, a leadership team under pressure, a wellbeing budget to spend well — rather than a specific package in mind. The initial consultation is designed to translate that into the right service tier, whether that’s a one-off pop-up health check, a structured Workplace Health MOT programme, executive screening, or a longer corporate wellbeing engagement. Recommendations are made based on your workforce profile and goals, not a pre-set sales path.

Are health check results confidential to the employee or shared with the employer?

All individual health results are strictly confidential between the employee and Anthony Bostock RN, in line with NMC professional standards and GDPR. Employers receive an anonymised, aggregated report covering overall workforce risk themes — for example, common cardiovascular or lifestyle risk indicators — without identifying any individual. This protects employee trust while still giving leadership the workforce-level insight needed to shape future health strategy and measure programme impact.
